At ButtonBox Kingdom, each box is handcrafted in our workshop, individually tested, then carefully packaged: a wooden box to protect the enclosure, which is then placed inside a reinforced recyclable cardboard box. Your order is prepared as a unique item, reflecting the value of your gaming time.

Order Preparation

When the product is in stock, preparation and shipping usually take 48 business hours. For a custom model, a short additional delay may be necessary: we will always inform you if this is the case.

Free Shipping to 7 European Countries

Shipping is free to:

  • Metropolitan France
  • Germany
  • Austria
  • Italy
  • Belgium
  • Luxembourg
  • Netherlands

For these countries, shipping is done via Mondial Relay and its network of international partners (pickup points, lockers, or equivalents depending on the location).

International Shipping via La Poste / Colissimo

For all other countries, deliveries are handled by La Poste / Colissimo International. Fees are automatically calculated according to La Poste's official rates.

Delivery times may vary depending on the country, distance, and customs checks.

Package Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every order, without exception. It allows you to track your box in real-time, from our workshop to your pickup point or home.

International Customs and Taxes

Outside the European Union, your country may apply customs duties, taxes, or processing fees. These fees are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

In case of refusal to pay taxes, customs blockage, or destruction of the package, no refund for the product or shipping costs can be claimed.

Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for the shipping information provided. Any error resulting in a delay, return, or additional costs will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Package Receipt

Upon receipt, we recommend checking the package's condition. In case of any anomaly (crushed, opened, or re-taped box), refuse it or report it immediately.

Our packaging is designed to effectively protect your box (wood + recyclable cardboard), but we are available to assist you if any issues arise.
